How to enable Microsoft Remote Desktop
To do this, follow these steps:
- Right-click on the Start menu in the lower left corner and select System.
- Then go to the “Remote Desktop” directory and switch the slider to “On”.

If the connection is not made, then it is prohibited in the system settings. To enable it, try the following:
- Go to computer properties using the right mouse button.
- Then, on the left side of the window that appears, select “Advanced system settings”.
- Go to the third tab “Remote Access”.
- Select the appropriate item.
If that still doesn’t work, try changing the network profile from Public to Private. To do this, right-click on the Internet access icon in the system tray, in the lower right corner and select “Network and Internet Settings”. Then select “Change connection properties” and change the profile. Here you need to disable the limited connection.

You need to download the application “Remote Desktop” (who would have thought) and also enter the name of the computer. The software is completely free in Microsoft Store, Google Play and AppStore. There are practically no settings in the program, but they are not required either.
