Strawberry Music Player is a fork of Clementine, providing an easy-to-use music player and collection organizer aimed at music collectors and audiophiles.
With Strawberry Music Player, you can, of course, play music. Still, it also provides you with much more like the ability to organize your music collection into a manageable library for quick reference. It supports many formats like WAV, FLAC, WavPack, Ogg Vorbis, Speex, MPC, TrueAudio, AIFF, MP4, MP3, ASF, and Monkey’s Audio, for instance as wells as offering playlists in multiple formats. Strawberry Music Player also allows for audio CD playback and includes advanced audio output and device configuration for bit-perfect playback on Linux. Additionally, you can grab album cover art from Last.FM, Musicbrainz, Discogs, Musixmatch, Deezer, Tidal, Qobuz, and Spotify give your collection a finished look, making selection a breeze.
Strawberry Music Player also provides you with both an audio equalizer as well as an analyzer. These two features permit you to get the most out of your music selection, not to mention providing the option to edit tags on music files, fetch tags from MusicBrainz, and song lyrics from AudD, Genius, Musixmatch, ChartLyrics, lyrics.ovh and lololyrics.com.
